General Terms and Conditions regulate the relations between the foreign language center EUDIALOG d.o.o. (hereinafter: the Center) and its clients\/business partners\/students regarding the provision of services.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Applying for a foreign language course or an \u00d6SD German language exam is done exclusively in written, by filling out the application form on the official website of the Center or in person at the premises of the Center or by email. By filling out the application or applying through email, the client agrees to the General Terms and Conditions of the Center, which can be found on the official website of the Center.<\/p>\n
After filling out the application for a German language exam or a foreign language course, the Center provides the client with a written application confirmation via the email specified in the application. The application confirmation will contain the basic information on the course or the exam. The client shall inform the center if there is a change of personal data (address, telephone number, email address).<\/p>\n
Application for the exam is done no later than 21 days before the exam. Late applications are possible only if there are spots available.<\/p>\n

Courses and exams can only be held if there is at least the minimum number of candidates applied. If less than the minimum number of candidates applied for a course, the Center can reduce the number of hours offered or offer a new course price adjusted to the number of candidates and the number of hours.<\/p>\n
The minimum number of candidates may vary depending on the offered exchange rate. The exams can only be held if there is at least the minimum number of candidates applied for a certain exam level. The minimum number of candidates may vary depending on the offered exchange rate. Application for the course or exam may be transferred to a third party. In such instance, the third party will bear the costs of the course or exam, as well as occupy the spot of the person handing over the spot.<\/p>\n

The fee for the course shall be paid no later than 10 days before the start of the course. If the course fees are to be paid in installments, the client must sign the Annex, containing the exact due date of each installment. If the client cancels his attendance to the course within less than 10 days before the start of the course, the Center retains 50% of the total fee for the course. If the course attendance is canceled by the client after the start of the course, Dialog retains 100% of the entire payment for the course.<\/p>\n
If the course attendance is canceled by the client who signed the Annex for installment payment, he or she shall pay 100% of the total course fee immediately after the cancellation. The requirement for attending a course is payment of the fee in a timely manner. Refunds are done only in the event of the course not taking place.<\/p>\n
If the candidate is late with his attendance of the course, the payment is not reduced. If the candidate does not pay the course fee, the Center shall hire a debt collection service.<\/p>\n
Exam fees must be paid no later than 3 days after applying for the exam, i.e., 28 days prior to the exam taking place at the latest. The candidate who applies for the exam may, instead of paying the full amount immediately, pay an advance amounting to 65 EUR, and the rest of the fee is paid 5 days prior to the exam taking place.<\/p>\n
In the event of the client canceling the exam less than 21 days prior to the exam taking place, the Center has the right to retain the paid advance for the purposes of settling the administrative costs incurred. The advance is not refunded to the candidate, regardless of the reason the candidate is prevented from attending the exam, since the risk of not attending the exam is borne solely by the candidate. This refers to all types of cancellations or any prevention from attending the exam, regardless of the reason of the cancellation or prevention.<\/p>\n

The flow and manner of conducting of courses, as well as their contents, are determined when planning the course. These can also be changed for the purposes of increasing the quality of a course. If there is a change in the course lecturer (with an adequate replacement), the candidate is not entitled to cancel his attendance to the course. The duration of one lesson (class period) is 45 minutes. Learning materials (books, dictionaries, CDs,…) are not included in the price.<\/p>\n

Attending our classes and exams is at the risk of the candidate. The organizer is not held responsible for any damage, injury, defect or theft of any kind whatsoever for the duration of conducting the courses or exams.<\/p>\n
By signing up to any of the services of the Center, the client gives consent to the Center to use personal data of the client, solely for the purpose of conducting activities regarding foreign language exams and foreign language courses. The Center undertakes to not disclose client’s personal data to third parties. By signing up to a foreign language course or exam you subscribe to the Newsletter which is sent by the Center via email or phone. The client may unsubscribe from receiving the Newsletter at any time.<\/p>\n

The court having jurisdiction over the Center’s registered office is competent\u00a0to settle any disputes.<\/p>\n

Op\u0107im uvjetima poslovanja ure\u0111uju se me\u0111usobni odnosi u vezi s pru\u017eanjem usluga izme\u0111u centra za strane jezike EUDIALOG (u daljem tekstu: Centar) i njegovih klijenata \/ poslovnih partnera \/ polaznika.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Prijava na te\u010daj stranog jezika ili ispit iz stranog jezika vr\u0161i se isklju\u010divo pismenim putem, popunjavanjem prijavnog formulara na slu\u017ebenoj stranici Centra ili osobno u prostorijama Centra ili putem elektroni\u010dke po\u0161te. Popunjavanjem prijave odnosno slanjem prijave putem e-po\u0161te klijent se sla\u017ee s Op\u0107im uvjetima poslovanja Centra, koji se nalaze na slu\u017ebenoj stranici Centra.<\/p>\n
Nakon \u0161to klijent izvr\u0161i prijavu za ispit iz stranog jezika ili te\u010daj stranog jezika, od Centra dobiva pismenu potvrdu o prijavi putem e-po\u0161te koju je naveo u prijavi. U potvrdi o prijavi nalazit \u0107e se osnovne informacije o te\u010daju ili ispitu. Klijent je du\u017ean obavijestiti Centar ako do\u0111e do promjene osobnih podataka (adresa, broj telefona, e-adresa).<\/p>\n
Prijava za ispit vr\u0161i se najkasnije 21 dan prije ispita. Kasnije prijave mogu\u0107e su samo ako jo\u0161 ima slobodnog mjesta.<\/p>\n

Te\u010dajevi i ispiti mogu se odr\u017eati samo s minimalnim brojem prijavljenih klijenata. Ako na te\u010daju bude prijavljeno manje od minimalnog broja klijenata, Centar mo\u017ee smanjiti ponu\u0111eni broj sati ili da ponuditi novu cijenu te\u010daja prilago\u0111enu broju klijenata i broju sati.<\/p>\n
Minimalan broj klijenata mo\u017ee se razlikovati ovisno o ponu\u0111enom te\u010daju. Ispiti se mogu odr\u017eati samo s minimalnim brojem klijenata prijavljenih na odre\u0111enu razinu ispita. Pristojba za te\u010daj upla\u0107uje se najkasnije 10 dana prije po\u010detka te\u010daja. Ako klijent vr\u0161i pla\u0107anje te\u010daja na rate, potpisuje Prilog, u kojem su navedeni to\u010dni datumi dospije\u0107a rata. Ako se klijent odjavi s te\u010daja u roku kra\u0107em od 10 dana prije po\u010detka te\u010daja, Centar Dialog zadr\u017eava 50 % sredstava od ukupne pristojbe za te\u010daj. A ako se klijent odjavi nakon po\u010detka te\u010daja, Centar Dialog zadr\u017eava 100 % od ukupne takse za te\u010daj.<\/p>\n
Ako se klijent odjavi s te\u010daja, a potpisao je Prilog za pla\u0107anje te\u010daja na rate, du\u017ean je odmah nakon odjave uplatiti 100 % od ukupne pristojbe za te\u010daj. Pravovremena uplata pristojbe za te\u010daj uvjet je za poha\u0111anje te\u010daja. Povrat upla\u0107ene takse za te\u010daj vr\u0161i se samo u slu\u010daju da te\u010daj ne bude odr\u017ean.<\/p>\n
Ako klijent kasnije krene na te\u010daj, pristojba se ne umanjuje. Ako klijent ne uplati pristojbu za te\u010daj, Centar \u0107e anga\u017eirati slu\u017ebu za naplatu dugovanja.<\/p>\n

Pristojba za ispit upla\u0107uje se najkasnije 3 dana nakon prijave ispita, odnosno najkasnije 21 dan prije termina ispita. Klijent koji se prijavljuje za ispit mo\u017ee, umjesto da uplati odmah cijeli iznos, uplatiti predujam koji iznosi 65 EUR, a ostatak pristojbe upla\u0107uje se 5 dana prije ispita.<\/p>\n
Centar ima pravo u slu\u010daju otkazivanja ispita u roku kra\u0107em od 21 dan, a u svrhu izmirenja nastalih administrativnih tro\u0161kova zadr\u017eati upla\u0107eni predujam. Taj se predujam ne vra\u0107a kandidatu, neovisno o razlogu sprije\u010denosti dolaska na ispit, jer rizik nedolaska na ispit snosi isklju\u010divo kandidat. To se odnosi na sve vrste otkazivanja, odnosno sprije\u010denosti dolaska na ispit, neovisno o razlogu otkazivanja i sprije\u010denosti.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Tijek i na\u010din odr\u017eavanja te\u010dajeva, kao i sami sadr\u017eaji, odre\u0111uju se prilikom planiranja te\u010daja. Iste Centar mo\u017ee i promijeniti u svrhu kvalitetnijeg izvo\u0111enja nastave. Ako do\u0111e do promjene predava\u010da na te\u010daju (adekvatna zamjena) klijent nema pravo odustati od te\u010daja. Jedna nastavna jedinica (sat) u Centru traje 45 minuta. U cijenu te\u010daja nije ura\u010dunat materijal za u\u010denje (ud\u017ebenici, rje\u010dnici, CD-ovi,\u2026).<\/p>\n

Poha\u0111anje na\u0161ih te\u010dajeva i ispita na vlastitu je odgovornost. Organizator nije odgovoran za bilo kakvu \u0161tetu, povrede, kvar ili kra\u0111u bilo koje vrste za vrijeme odr\u017eavanja te\u010daja ili ispita.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
Prijavom na bilo koju uslugu na\u0161eg Centra klijent Centru daje suglasnost za upotrebu osobnih podataka klijenta, samo u svrhu postupka vezanog za ispite iz stranog jezika i te\u010dajeve stranih jezika. Centar se obavezuje da \u0107e osobne podatke klijenata za\u0161tititi od tre\u0107ih strana. Svojom prijavom na te\u010daj ili ispit iz stranog jezika prijavljujete se na Obavijesti o novostima, koje Vam Centar \u0161alje putem e-po\u0161te ili telefona. Klijent se u svako doba mo\u017ee odjaviti s popisa primatelja Obavijesti o novostima.<\/p>\n

Za sve sporove nadle\u017ean je sud koji se nalazi u mjestu sjedi\u0161ta Centra.<\/p>\n
