In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation\u00a0(EU)\u00a02016\/679\u00a0of the\u00a0European Parliament\u00a0and of the\u00a0Council\u00a0of\u00a027 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC), the Service Provider collects and processes the personal data of users in a lawful, fair and transparent manner, namely only the data that are necessary for the performance of the service agreed upon between the Service Provider and the User.<\/p>\n
For the purposes of clarity and easier understanding of these Terms, “Service Provider” means EUDIALOG d.o.o. and “User” means a visitor to the website of the Service Provider, a potential business associate of the Service Provider and any user of the Service Provider’s services.<\/p>\n

“Personal data” means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is a natural person who can be identified directly or indirectly, in particular by means of identifiers such as name, surname, personal identification number, location data, online identifier or one or more factors that constitute the physical, psychological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of a natural person. Access to the services through the site does not require registration or creation of a user account through which personal data would be disclosed.<\/p>\n
However, if the user wishes to register for a course or send an inquiry related to any of the services or other type of cooperation, some personal data are required for the processing of the application or inquiry. In this case, it is necessary to send or otherwise disclose the name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number and data or documents related to the type of service or cooperation (translation or proofreading of documents, information on the languages being translated, etc.). If the User decides not to send or disclose this information, the Service Provider will not be able to respond to his or her inquiry or request.<\/p>\n
Personal data are processed solely for the purposes of which the User is informed and are collected at the time of data collection. The Controller is the person authorized to represent the company EUDIALOG d.o.o. and the User can send the Controller any questions related to the processing of personal data at info[at]dialog-group.eu or by mail to EUDIALOG d.o.o., \u0160etali\u0161te Petra Preradovi\u0107a 8, 31000 Osijek.<\/p>\n

Personal data are used exclusively for the performance of services that are within the scope of the Service Provider’s activities or for technical purposes in the administration of the site, communication with the User and the creation of statistics. Personal information will not be disclosed to third parties except with the explicit consent of the User.<\/p>\n
The Service Provider shall independently decide which data will be required for the performance of the service. In the event that the data are not disclosed, there is a possibility that the Service Provider will not be able to fulfill its obligations and establish a business relationship with the User. The User has the right at any time to request from the Service Provider access to his or her personal data and correction of his or her personal data.<\/p>\n
Requests for accessing the data or correction of personal data can be made by the User via the contact form on the Service Provider’s website or via email at info[at]dialog-group.eu. These requests may include a request to provide information on how the Service Provider processes the data, for what purpose, or the user may request for the data to be changed or updated if they are incorrect or incomplete.<\/p>\n
The Service Provider shall process such a request as soon as possible and no later than one month after receipt. This period may be extended to two months in the event of a heavy workload of the Service Provider, of which the User must be informed as soon as possible.<\/p>\n

When arranging a business relationship with the Service Provider, as well as when sending general inquiries, requests for quotes or offers of services, the User gives consent to the Service Provider for the processing of those personal data that are necessary for the processing of requests. The User has the right to withdraw the consent to the processing of personal data at any time. For this purpose, the User may send a request to terminate the processing of his or her data via the contact form on the Service Provider’s website or via the email at info[at]dialog-group.eu. The Service Provider shall immediately cease all processing and inform the User thereof.<\/p>\n

In case of suspected misuse or denial of data, the User has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).<\/p>\n

The User has the right to request from the Service Provider the deletion of his or her personal data. Such a request may be made via the contact form on the Service Provider’s website or at info[at]dialog-group.eu. The Service Provider shall process such a request as soon as possible and no later than one month after receipt. Each access to the Service Provider’s website automatically records some information of a general nature that is not considered personal data (the User’s browser, the number of visits, the pages visited, the average time of Visit per page). The information collected in this way is important for the Service Provider as it is used to measure interest in the content of the site, to improve the content and user experience. This information is not forwarded to third parties.<\/p>\n

Ipak, ako se Korisnik \u017eeli prijaviti na te\u010daj ili poslati upit vezano uz neku od usluga ili drugu vrstu suradnje, za obradu prijave ili upita potrebni su neki osobni podaci. U tom slu\u010daju potrebno je poslati ili na drugi na\u010din otkriti ime, prezime, e-adresu, broj telefona te podatke ili dokumente koji se odnose na vrstu usluge ili suradnje (dokumenti za prijevod ili lekturu, podatci o jezicima koji se prevode i sl.). Ako Korisnik odlu\u010di ne poslati ili otkriti te podatke, Pru\u017eatelj usluge ne\u0107e mo\u0107i odgovoriti na njegov ili njezin upit ili zahtjev.<\/p>\n
Osobni podaci obra\u0111uju se isklju\u010divo za svrhe o kojima je Korisnik obavije\u0161ten i sakupljeni su u trenutku sakupljanja podataka. Voditelj obrade jest osoba koja je ovla\u0161tena predstavljati tvrtku EUDIALOG d.o.o. i Korisnik joj mo\u017ee uputiti sva pitanja vezana uz obradu osobnih podataka na info[at]dialog-group.eu ili putem po\u0161te na EUDIALOG d.o.o., \u0160etali\u0161te Petra Preradovi\u0107a 8, 31000 Osijek.<\/p>\n

Osobni podaci upotrebljavaju se isklju\u010divo za izvr\u0161avanje usluga koje su unutar okvira djelatnosti Pru\u017eatelja usluge ili u tehni\u010dke svrhe pri administraciji stranice, komunikaciji s Korisnikom i izradi statistike. U slu\u010daju da podatci ne budu ustupljeni, postoji mogu\u0107nost da Pru\u017eatelj usluge ne\u0107e mo\u0107i izvr\u0161iti svoje obveze i ostvariti poslovni odnos s Korisnikom. Korisnik ima pravo u bilo kojem trenutku tra\u017eiti od Pru\u017eatelja usluge pristup svojim osobnim podatcima i ispravak svojih osobnih podataka.<\/p>\n
Zahtjeve za pristup podatcima ili ispravak osobnih podataka Korisnik mo\u017ee uputiti putem kontakt obrasca na stranicama Pru\u017eatelja usluge ili na adresu info[at]dialog-group.eu. Ti zahtjevi mogu sadr\u017eavati zahtjev za pru\u017eanje informacija o tome na koji na\u010din Pru\u017eatelj usluge obra\u0111uje podatke, u koju svrhu, odnosno Korisnik zahtjevom mo\u017ee tra\u017eiti da se podatci izmjene ili a\u017euriraju ako su neto\u010dni ili nepotpuni.<\/p>\n

Pri dogovaranju poslovnog odnosa s Pru\u017eateljem usluge, kao i kod slanja op\u0107ih upita, zahtjeva za ponudu ili ponude usluge, Korisnik daje privolu Pru\u017eatelju usluge za obradu onih osobnih podataka koji su nu\u017eni za obradu zahtjeva. Korisnik ima pravo u bilo kojem trenutku povu\u0107i privolu za obradu osobnih podataka. U tu svrhu mo\u017ee poslati zahtjev za prekid obrade svojih podataka putem kontakt obrasca na stranicama Pru\u017eatelja usluge ili na adresu info[at]dialog-group.eu. Pru\u017eatelj usluge odmah \u0107e prestati sa svom daljinom obradom i o tome obavijestiti Korisnika.<\/p>\n
Ako Pru\u017eatelj usluge nije u mogu\u0107nosti izvr\u0161iti svoje ugovorne obveze prema Korisniku zbog prekida obrade podataka, ne\u0107e prema Korisniku snositi nikakvu odgovornost za neispunjenje ili eventualnu \u0161tetu nastalu zbog neispunjenja, dok \u0107e Korisnik biti odgovoran za sve tro\u0161kove koji su nastali kod Pru\u017eatelja usluge. Kad je privola povu\u010dena, Pru\u017eatelj \u0107e usluge odmah i trajno izbrisati sve prikupljene podatke o Korisniku.<\/p>\n

U slu\u010daju da sumnja na zlouporabu ili uskra\u0107ivanje podataka, Korisnik ima pravo uputiti \u017ealbu nadzornom tijelu, Agenciji za za\u0161titu osobnih podataka (AZOP).<\/p>\n

Korisnik ima pravo zatra\u017eiti brisanje njegovih ili njezinih osobnih podataka od Pru\u017eatelja usluge. Takav zahtjev mo\u017ee uputiti putem kontakt obrasca na stranicama Pru\u017eatelja usluge ili na adresu info[at]dialog-group.eu. Pru\u017eatelj usluge obvezan je obraditi taj zahtjev u \u0161to kra\u0107em mogu\u0107em roku, a najvi\u0161e mjesec dana od zaprimanja. Svaki pristup stranicama Pru\u017eatelja usluge automatski bilje\u017ei neke informacije op\u0107e prirode koji se ne smatraju osobnim podatcima (korisnikov preglednik, broj posjeta, posje\u0107ene stranice, prosje\u010dno vrijeme posjeta po stranici). Informacije prikupljene na ovaj na\u010din va\u017ene su za Pru\u017eatelja usluge jer se koriste za mjerenje interesa za sadr\u017eaj stranice, za pobolj\u0161anje sadr\u017eaja i korisni\u010dkog iskustva. Te se informacije ne proslje\u0111uju tre\u0107im stranama.<\/p>\n

Stranice Pru\u017eatelja usluge koriste takozvane \u201ecookies\u201c\/kola\u010di\u0107e \u2013 podatke koje internetski poslu\u017eitelj (eng. web server) \u0161alje programu za pretra\u017eivanje interneta (eng. browser), koje isti zapisuje na disk lokalnog ra\u010dunala. Kola\u010di\u0107i su male pasivne tekstualne datoteke i nalaze se u memoriji preglednika kada je aktivan, odnosno u posebnom direktoriju tvrdog diska (Temporary Internet Folder) kada je preglednik isklju\u010den.<\/p>\n
Kola\u010di\u0107i se koriste za odr\u017eavanje informacija o stanju dok se kre\u0107ete po razli\u010ditim stranicama ili se vra\u0107ate na neko mre\u017eno mjesto. Kola\u010di\u0107i ne sadr\u017ee nikakve osobne podatke i ne mogu se koristiti za pokretanje programa ili prijenos virusa na Va\u0161e ra\u010dunalo. Kola\u010di\u0107i ne djeluju na sustav maliciozno. Oni nisu programi, ni plug-inovi, ni spam. Ne \u0161ire viruse i nisu virusi. Ne \u010ditaju podatke na Va\u0161em ra\u010dunalu kako bi ih proslijedili tre\u0107oj strani. Potpuno su bezopasni, a bez njih neke slo\u017eene mre\u017ene aplikacije ne mogu raditi. Stranice Pru\u017eatelja usluge povezane su sa sustavom za statistiku Google Analytics i za izradu statistike tra\u017ee kola\u010di\u0107e tre\u0107ih strana u sustavu Google Analytics.<\/p>\n
